Do you repair jewelry and watches?
Sahara offers jewelry and watch repairs. Send an inquiry or bring your piece to the store for assessment. Wait for our instructions before shipping any items.
How much does shipping cost?
Sahara’s published policy offers free shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States. International customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. See our shipping policy for details.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Custom and engraved pieces are non-refundable. Some items may qualify for partial store credit or exchange within 10 days of receipt, subject to condition and Sahara’s approval. Read the return policy before ordering.
